The current residential projects include: a custom residence for the Brom family, Castle Rock, Colorado- design underway; a residential addition and remodel to the Schmoll Residence, Denver, Colorado - design underway; an two story (with cover) deck addition and remodel for a residence in Aurora, Colorado - design complete; and, a Speculative Custom Residence for Portico Development, LLC, Castle Rock, Colorado - new design under way.
